What Happened?
The town of Rose Water voted to celebrate Halloween on the last Saturday of October. However, this doesn’t always fall on October 31st, which angers Halloween, causing it to act out its revenge.
 
Rose Water comes alive with malevolent spirits, cultists, haunted houses, and cursed townsfolk. Every corner hides danger, or an opportunity to harvest power.
